Looking for QC Supervisor &Supply Chain Manager Senior in Netherlands

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Supervisor is responsible for assist QA/QC leader in the following tasks:

Follow up Contractor (BES-Bluewater Energy Services) of procurement progress & QC activities.

Participate to regular QC & Procurement meetings with Contractor.

Continuous Monitoring of Contractor’s & subcontractor’s performance in achieving the requirements.

Check and warrant correct flow down of contract requirement all along supply chain.

Performed regular and frequent visits to Contractor’s suppliers.

Control the Quality documentation is properly documented and the progress of final documentation build-up.

Close monitoring of Contractor’s & supplier’s NCR & CAR. Proposed issuance of Company Corrective Action Request when necessary.

Assess Contractor acceptance/release of the goods before delivery.

1. HSEQ responsibilities:

Support and enforce the HSEQ Project objectives and directives

Support and implement the Project HSEQ management system (plans, procedures and specifications).

2. Asses correct flow down of Contract requirements.

3. Continuous monitoring of Contractor and suppliers performance and proposed any modification, improvement, corrective actions deemed necessary. Close monitoring of any NCR, CAR issued up to satisfactory closure.

4. Liaises with package Engineers & Planning Engineer.

5. Check & ensure that Documentation in place in Supplier is conform to requirements.(Procedures, QC records, Final documentation).

6. Closed monitoring, checking of Material certificates in accordance with Contract requirements.

7. Prepared and issued monthly report on all QC surveillance & procurement (expediting) activities, and up-date Package indicators. Issued Inspection reports for each Procurement & QC visits
