Looking for C/E, 2/E and CO on VLCC

We looking for C/E, 2/E and CO to work on VLCC (310.000 DWT)
Company is offering:
C/E - permanent contract, TOD 3on/3off, 8600 USD per month (paid while on and off)
2/E - permanent contract, TOD 3on/3off, 6800 USD per month (paid while on and off)
C/O - permanent contract, TOD 3on/3off, 6800 USD per month (paid while on and off)
Candidate must have experience in rank on VLCC of similar size, hold valid US visa and have good level of English.
